There are two types of recipes on this blog. The balanced, more wholesome recipes (AKA Skinny Swaps) that I eat when I’m not dining out, and then there’s the indulgent wild recipes I make for fun. In order to eat for a living, I have to find a way to balance my diet when I'm "out of the office." I've never supported diet fads or cutting out ingredients to lose weight. What I do support, however, is to never, ever deprive your tastebuds. In this section, you’ll find a bit of everything because that’s what I actually enjoy eating.
