Administrative Assistant at with Skyler Media, Inc.

This is an entry-level position at my new media company, with Skyler Media. If you are selected for this position, you will be helping me with my Dining with Skyler account, assisting with administrative tasks in the media company, as well as performing administrative duties. This is a great position for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of running their own business, as well as develop skill in content creation and influencer marketing. This is a very hands-on job and you will learn a lot. Candidates must be located in the NYC area or willing to come in for work. Compensation up for discussion.

— Must be a hard-working self-starter

— Must have brief experience with photo and video editing, and a willingness to learn

— Must know how to use Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter

— Must be a strong writer 

— Must know how to use KeyNote or powerpoint to create proposals and decks

— Must be open to working alone and conducting photoshoots and video shoots on behalf of the media company

Responsiblities include but are not limited to:

— Administrative emailing and organization 

— Taking photos and videos 

— Assisting Skyler during shoots with clients

— Edit photos and videos

— Running production-related errands

— Email communication with clients

— Website maintenance

— Recipe brainstorming, pitching and writing

— Restaurant client management
