Southwestern Salad

This recipe is really easy, great for when you're hosting and doesn't break the bank. Oh and it has the word salad in it so #gains.

Serves: 4 people


  • 1 cup frozen corn 
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes 
  • 1 diced red onion 
  • 1 diced avocado 
  • 1 diced red bell pepper 
  • 3 diced scallion sticks 
  • 1/4 cup cilantro 
  • Salt & pepper to taste 
  • Half a lime 


  1. Defrost corn and rinse your black beans and Roma tomatoes.
  2. Dice all the ingredients into small cubes. 
  3. Mix in all ingredients in a bowl and squeeze fresh lime on top. 
  4. Serve with jalapeƱo Kettle Brand chips.
