I’ve got two words for you: French. Fries. When I found out a new restaurant was opening up, entirely devoted to the art of French fries, I picked my jaw up off the floor and headed to the East Village to see for myself. We can now enjoy loaded pulled pork and bacon cheese fries…in the daylight…sober....with friends....alone....
And they don’t segregate here. Whether it’s hand cut classic, sweet potato or waffle; all fries are treated equally.
Stacked with pulled pork and coleslaw. Honestly, say no more…the slaw speaks for itself.
Double fried chicken and house made maple gravy. Currently looking into getting a recording of Morgan Freeman saying “maple gravy” to set as my ringtone. Updates to come.
Bacon, guac, and melty cheddar cheese. You had me at guac!
Believe it or not, these loaded fries aren't even the best part about this place. When you walk in the door you are instantly sent through a time warp, back to when perms and bellbottoms were still cool. (Who am I kidding, bellbottoms will always be cool.) The insanely retro decorations not only make it a fun place to take friends, but also one of the most Instagrammable spots in the city.
