Vita Coco Cacao Smoothie Bowl

I love making smoothies when I’m in a hurry and need to get my nutrients quickly and easily. When I’m feeling fancy, and want extra toppings, (aka winter season) I whip up a smoothie bowl with Vita Coco’s coconut waters and milks. I find using the Vita Coco pressed coconut water to be super hydrating and adds such a nice coconutty flavor to my smoothie bowl. This smoothie bowl recipe is super easy, nutritious and full of comforting flavors.

Serving size: 1 bowl

Smoothie:

1 banana 

1/2 cup vita coco pressed coconut water

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 cup almond butter

Toppings: 

1 tbsp cacao nibs 

1 tbsp coconut flakes 

1 tbsp melted almond butter
