What’s Christmas without eggnog?!? We turned your favorite holiday drink into a drool worthy creamy BALL!
1 pack instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold eggnog
3/4 cold milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/3 cup cool whip
2 tbsp crushed peppermint, for topping
Make vanilla pudding with the milk and stir till thick. Add the cool whip, nutmeg and eggnog. Freeze the mixture overnight (or for at least 5 hours).
With a scooper, scoop out 1 inch sized balls of the frozen eggnog mouse.
Coat in white chocolate and top with crushed peppermint. Serve chilled and enjoy!
