Light Magnolia Bakery Banana Pudding
Magnolia Bakery was founded in NYC and has been around for about 22 years. The launch of their banana pudding basically broke the internet (sorry Kim K) and is always all over Insta. We decided to #skinnyswap out the refined sugar, heavy cream and condensed milk for a much lighter treat.
Serving size: 4 small mason jars
2 cups Greek yogurt, plain
3 bananas, mashed
1 banana, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp raw unfiltered honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
10 sugar-free cookies, crumbled
Combine greek yogurt, 3 mashed bananas, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl to make your “pudding.”
In the mason jars layer broken up sugar-free cookies, banana slices, and the pudding over and over until you run out of room.
Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Top with more crumbled sugar-free cookies and drizzled raw honey.
