Baked Brie Balls
Okay if it is possible to pick a favorite Ballsy Bite of ours, this one might be it. This. Ball. Is. So. Good. You HAVE to make it for your Friendsgiving/Christmas/Valentine’s Day/Lonely Friday on the Couch.
Serving size: 10 balls
1 package of Pillsbury crescent dough
1 1/2 cups of brie cheese
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp rosemary
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
In a food processor, blend together your brie cheese, your cream cheese, your figs and your rosemary until a creamy whipped consistency forms.
Wrap the creamy mixture around a raspberry and roll it in a ball.
Wrap Pillsbury crescent dough around that ball, keeping the ball shape.
Pro tip: to keep ball shape while baking, create tinfoil holders with a round bottom and stick them in your average cupcake/muffin baking tray. Stick the brie dough ball in the tinfoil holders and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the dough is fully cooked. Enjoy!
