Tie Dye Smoothie
You’ve probably seen those crazy milkshakes from the restaurant Black Tap on your Instagram feed (unless you live under a rock). Sooo, for this skinny swap I made a nutritious smoothie recipe that packs a lot of health benefits, but is still very instagrammable.
1/4 cup mangos
1/4 cup kiwis
1/4 cup kale
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup bananas
1 cup milk (coconut, almond, soy etc.)
2 tbsp organic chocolate hazelnut spread
2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp coconut flakes
Individually blend each fruit with 2 tbsp of your chosen dairy. Blend the kale with the kiwi for a nice bright green color.
Rim your glass with the chocolate hazelnut spread and then roll the rim in coconut flakes.
Individually layer each fruit blend into the glass and swirl with a toothpick (or a knife) for that tie dye effect.
Top with cacao nibs and any left over fruit chunks.
