Ca'Mea is located in the heart of Hudson and serves up some seriously delicious Italian food...with a twist. The twist being that their bartender is a mixologist wizard who individually pairs house made cocktails to compliment the flavors in each dish. Hudson is a very unique town along the river, with incredible restaurants and shops. Many of the chefs come from the Culinary Institute of America in Poughkeepsie and open up 5-star restaurants in Hudson. This town is known for their gay and hipster residents who gave a pop of trend and color to a once rundown town.
